Parameters fixed before order
Before production, the data sheet fixes operator roles, displays, computers, radios, router and external link, energy reserve, antennas, cable routes, software, actual mass and acceptance scenario.
Delivery and support
Commercial terms
Typically 2–3 months after the configuration and order are approved.
Across Ukraine; freight is calculated for the selected trailer and destination.
12 months for the serial product; component warranty follows the delivery documents.
14 days for a standard stocked product under the published policy; configured modules follow agreed terms.
Chassis, electrical, water, heating and installed-equipment checks plus a configuration data sheet and deployment briefing.
