Evidence / Acceptance

UGV Acceptance Criteria

Define success before the run: what the configuration must do, under which conditions and with what tolerance.

An acceptance criterion turns a preference into a testable requirement. It defines function, condition, threshold, measurement method and consequence of non-conformance.

Mission context

Words such as fast, reliable or autonomous do not define a test. Configuration, payload, route, repetitions and tolerances should be agreed before demonstration.

Engineering approach

HARDY builds an acceptance matrix with the user or partner, separating base platform, integrated payload and complete mission.

What must be demonstrated

The result should map unambiguously to the criterion.

  • threshold and measurement method;
  • number of repetitions and stop rules;
  • non-conformance, change and repeat-test record.

Next step

Turn your requirement into a joint acceptance matrix.
