Delivery in Ukraine
We deliver physical goods throughout Ukraine using national parcel and freight operators. Delivery cost is calculated at the operator’s current tariff and starts from UAH 200. The final amount depends on dimensions, weight, destination and any additional services.
Payment details
Recipient: Sole proprietor Heorhii Sopelnyk. Bank transfer details and the final invoice are confirmed during checkout or order coordination.
14-day return period
A buyer may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving an eligible physical product. The item must retain its appearance, complete package, consumer properties and proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid according to Ukrainian law and the agreed reason for return.
Refunds and exchanges
After receipt and inspection, we confirm exchange, repair or refund. Approved refunds are processed within five calendar days using the original payment method or another agreed method.
12-month warranty
The standard warranty for HARDY physical products is 12 months from delivery unless a longer term appears on the product page or in the contract. It covers manufacturing defects in materials, assembly and standard components.
For custom configurations, acceptance, return and warranty conditions are additionally recorded in the order or contract in accordance with Ukrainian law.
