Robotic Evacuation Support

Evacuation requires dedicated ergonomics, motion control, restraints and evidence—not payload capacity alone.

An evacuation configuration should transfer physical risk from people to a machine without creating new risk through unstable motion, poor restraint or difficult control. It is a separate requirement set, not simply a payload figure.

Mission context

Access, load position, smooth movement, obstacles, preparation time and a clear emergency procedure become critical. Each factor should be reviewed with end users and appropriate medical expertise.

Engineering approach

HARDY can adapt a base platform through mechanical interfaces, speed control and a documented test procedure. A specific evacuation module requires its own validation.

What must be demonstrated

Acceptance should combine human factors with repeatable testing.

  • preparation, loading and unloading time;
  • stability across defined obstacles and speeds;
  • accessible control, emergency stop and manual recovery.
