UGV Mission Power Systems

Range is the result of a complete energy budget, not a battery property in isolation.

A UGV energy system must power mobility, control, communications, sensors and payload through a defined cycle with a controlled reserve. One range figure without configuration and conditions is misleading.

Mission context

Surface, speed, mass, temperature, stop time, sensors and data transmission all change demand. Charging and battery replacement logistics are part of the system.

Engineering approach

HARDY creates an energy budget for a known configuration, measures the actual cycle and retains protected reserve for return or safer stop.

What must be demonstrated

Energy claims need configuration context.

  • power profile across operating modes;
  • time or distance with a defined payload;
  • temperature, degradation and charging or replacement procedure.

Limits and responsible claims

We do not publish sensitive schematics or profiles that could expose vulnerability. Actual results depend on conditions.

Next step

Provide the mission cycle and partner-payload demand.
